Well here we are. Down to the last week. If you’ve been thinking about donating but procrastinating, saying you’ll get to it later, well there isn’t a whole lot of later left! We have a bunch of photos on her and on the campaign page so you can see some of the yumminess you’ll be helping to support. Please donate and/or re-share this with all your friends, families and coworkers. You’ll be helping a small business and there are some great perks for your contribution!

Just picked up 80 lbs of meat, pork shoulders and ribs. There will be a LOT of food coming out of the CJ’s test kitchen in the next few weeks as the food truck campaign winds up. But it’s not too late! If you want to get your hands on some of this scrumptious food before anyone else, head on over to our campaign page and make a contribution. There are all sorts of perks available: discounted food, an invite to our soft launch, a pig themed cake, and much more. We had a nice jolt forward over night and we would love to keep the momentum going! Please contribute, share or both. Thank you all for your continued support!

Campaign Update – 5/2/13

May 2, 2013 at 10:30 am | Posted in Uncategorized | Leave a comment

Happy Thursday! We are still hard at work @ CJ’s making plans, menu’s and some other surprises in preparation for the launch of our truck which will hopefully happen later this summer. But in the meantime, you can help up and pick up some cool stuff for yourself along the way. Want to know how? Well its simple.

1. Head on over to http://igg.me/at/cjsresqbbq and make a donation to our food truck funding campaign. Any amount you can donate will help, from $1 to $1000. Also at certain intervals, you can claim great perks that are available. And if you don’t live in the immediate capital district, dont fret! We can always work out some sort of perk for you.

2. Need some handcrafted crocheted goodness? Well then head on over to Chunky Funk and The Insatiable Hook and check out what they have to offer. In addition to making fantastic items with a personal flair, they have been gracious enough to offer 25% of each new sale to the food truck campaign.

3. RE-SHARE! Ok, that probably didnt need to be in all caps, but it’s kind of important. I ask all of you to do this and spread the word. Tell your friends, neighbors, family, hell even tell random people on the street. We plan on serving a large part of the capital district through daily sales and catering options. I know a bunch of you have had my cooking before and can attest to its yumminess. Please help and tell everyone you know. Thanks.
