Sloppy Joe’s

So yesterday, I had the day off. I did some errands around town and promised the wife I would make dinner since she had to work that day and she usually makes all sorts of yummy things. So i decided to do something easy and made sloppy joe’s and fries.

I diced and sauteed some onions and garlic then added 2 lbs of ground beef and browned it all up. After that I added half a jar of salsa, half a jar of spaghetti sauce, and salt and pepper. I then let it simmer until it had a nice thick consistency. Below is the result.
